In 2000, Selena and Ivan Hucal moved to Red Deer from Winnipeg, Manitoba to raise their young family.
Selena has a professional background as a Registered Dietitian and has been cooking and socializing in the kitchen for as long as she can remember.
After dropping in on cooking classes across the country, Selena decided to take a new approach to inspiring a love of good food and a desire to cook at home. She took one look at her husband's new office building and knew that the extra space in the lower level would function beautifully as a demonstration kitchen.
