Whether you are you hosting a large gathering or binge watching your favourite Netflix with a few friends, beautiful food is always part of the equation.  We will explore how to create rustic tapas style entertaining that comes together with the simplest ingredients.  Our chef will teach you the art of antipasto with unique cured meats and cheeses, the secret to perfect arancini,  the simplicity of fresh baked focaccia bread topped off with grilled vegetables.  Along with a few killer sauces, the combinations are endless.  After a long summer of activity, this evening out with your favourite girls is sure to replenish the soul...Italian style.

What better way to use the bounty of fall than in a rustic soup or a hearty salad?  But make no mistake, this is not your basic soup and salad class.  Kevin is an expert at making the humblest ingredients bring you to your knees.  Think Bacon Lentil Soup, Fresh Seafood Bouillabaisse with Warm sourdough, Curried Butternut Squash Bisque and a Fall Fattoush Salad.  This french trained chef will share the techniques that take basic to beautiful and make these first courses of a dinner party win over your guest

We are so glad to see this updated, adventurous cuisine come to the forefront as our Southern Born Chef gets back to her roots. You can't beat Smoked Chicken with Alabama White BBQ Sauce, Braised Greens with Pork Belly, Chorizo and Shrimp Jambalaya, and Sugar Cream Pie.  Pair these comforting courses with a few Southern handcrafted cocktails by pro Seth Van Havere, and we will have you talking with a drawl.

Think Southern Braised Chicken and Vegetables or Slow Roasted Beef Bulgogi with Bok Choy.   Perform these miracles in your kitchen and your family will be in love

Come one, come all!  These series of classes are geared just for kids…but kids eager to be experts in the kitchen!  We have enlisted the help of teacher Annamarie, who not only loves food and cooking, but has the know-how to educate kids in a way that is interactive, engaging and always fun. In this set of classes we will cover a variety of topics from How to Use Spices and Herbs; Pastry for Fall Baking; Simple Wholesome Soups; Filled Pastas; Frosted Cinnamon Buns; Handmade Chocolates and Cakes; and Roasting Meats.  These lessons will be fully Hands On incorporating basic knife skills, kitchen equipment use, creative table setting, hosting etiquette and safe food handling.  We will provide a morning snack and a full lunch that will be plated and served by kids.  These lessons will bring your kids one step closer to taking over your kitchen!  Can I hear an AMEN?!

What’s not to love about Greek cuisine?  Silky olive oils, creamy cheeses, bright lemons and savoury meats create beautiful dishes of the mediterannean.  Our house chef Nan will guide you through a lovely evening exploring this cuisine from the simplest ingredients to the complex layered flavours that will melt in your mouth. How about Dolmades, Moussaka, Kabobs, Avgolemono and of course the classic Lemon Roasted Potatoes.   Our sommelier will take you on a brief trip through history to discover wine making techniques that are centuries old.  With these two experts at hand, you will enjoy food and wine that will leave you begging for more!

We will seat this class at tables of 4 or 6, restaurant style, so bring a few friends or come ready to make new ones!
