Generally, we structure our programs around two and a half hours of classroom time. Your group can choose:
hands on cooking under the guidance of one of our chefs (from 1- 30 participants)
demonstration cooking to watch, learn and be entertained (from 1-26 participants)
- private dinner parties where you relax with your guests and enjoy a live chef cooking for you in our open kitchen (6-26)
- a kitchen party to mingle a little, cook a little and have alot of fun (seats maximum of 35)
After the formal program, you can socialize or even conduct a meeting around our harvest table, complete with large screen TVs and Internet access. Room rental is available at a rate of $50/hour when combined with a cooking class. We offer catering onsite as needed.
Hands On Italian ...pasta making, risotto lesson, fresh pasta sauces, pizzas.
Party Appetizers....hand held bites that are easy to make but are fun food to share with friends.
Mexican Taco Bar...traditional savoury mexican food with all the trimmings for a casual meal with bold flavours.
Steakhouse Classic...Alberta beef with all the accompaniments for a beautiful served dinner.
Fresh and Healthy...a lighter take on cooking with top tips on nutritious, fresh meal making.
Sample Class Themes
5 participants: $150 per person
6-7 participants: $135 per person
8-12 participants: $125 per person
13-20 participants: $1600 flat rate
over 20 participants: $80 per person
