In this step by step class, we will walk you through each component to build the complex flavor that is so common on the streets of Vietnam..  Roll up your sleeves to slice & dice the vegetables, and prep all the condiments for this beautiful dish,  sure to become a new weeknight favorite.

Banh Tom - Shrimp Sweet Potato Fritters

Vermicelli Bowls, Lemongrass Chicken, Daikon, Pickled Veg

Mango with shredded fresh coconut, sesame seeds, coconut milk

Our classes are for adults only. Tickets are non-refundable, but you may cancel for a credit with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the class, or feel free to send friends in your place. Unfortunately special diet requirements cannot be accommodated.
