Hands on with Mike Wrinch, Knifewear

Our favourite Japanese Knife Pro, Chef Mike, will sharpen up your knife skills in this participative lesson on slicing and dicing.  Bring your favourite knife or try out one of ours, and learn all the geeky stuff about knives while chopping your way through a variety of fruit, veg and meats.  After all the knife wielding in this class you will have worked up an appetite, so together we will enjoy a beautiful dinner:  Chopped Salad with Chorizo and Feta in Butter Leaf Lettuce Cups, Citrus, Fennel Slaw with Roast Pork Loin, and Rum Macerated Strawberries with Shortcakes and Whipped Vanilla Cream Cheese.  Oh Happy Day!
