Ready for a quick pick me up?  Join us for a lesson on fresh food to kick start the season.  This after-work class will have you making bistro worthy salads like Warm Lentil and Bacon with Feta and Caramelized Shallot Vinaigrette, a Layered Mason Jar Salad with Roasted Spring Vegetable and Grains with a Lemon Thyme Citronette,  and Blistered Corn and Black Bean Salad with Grilled Cajun Chicken and Creamy Avocado Dressing.  And did I mention that romaine and iceberg will not be allowed in?
