Kevin started his culinary career at the Culinary Institute in San Francisco and then returned home to Calgary after a few years training under some of California's top Chefs. Kevin spent the next decade as the Executive Chef at Brava Bistro earning many accolades, most recently Avenue Magazine's Top Restaurant of 2012. Kevin has decided to take a new direction in his career and is opening a new restaurant, Symons Valley Ranch, outside of Airdrie. With a passion for perfectly prepared and locally sourced ingredients, Kevin is known for his bring-you-to-your-knees comfort food.
