A few NOTES about our classes: Events are for adults only unless otherwise stated. Tickets are non-refundable, but you may cancel for a credit with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the class, or feel free to send friends in your place. Please email hello@thecookingroom.com if you are joining another party that registered separately so we can plan to seat you together. If you received a Gift Certificate, LUCKY YOU! Always wondered what makes one curry different from another? In this class we will explore two of the classic curries of Thailand…red curry and massuman curry. Each has it’s own characteristics, special ingredients and unique flavours. You will grind your own curry paste with a mortar and pestle from scratch and create aromatic curries that are perfect on a winter’s day. Can’t you smell it already?
