Hands On Cooking

Always wondered what makes one curry different from another? In this class we will explore two of the classic curries of Thailand…red curry and massuman curry. Each has it’s own characteristics, special ingredients and unique flavours. You will grind your own curry paste with a mortar and pestle from scratch and create aromatic curries that are perfect on a winter’s day. Can’t you smell it already?
