Would you like to sit back and enjoy a seasonal feast with a french twist, complete with all the recipes to inspire your summer menus?  If that sounds delightful, then book a table in our kitchen-turned-restaurant!  Our House Chef, Nan and Bobbie, from Fisherman’s Pride will be whipping up this fresh and oh-so-flavourful dinner that will be finished and served from our open kitchen.  Invite a few friends, get a bottle of wine from the bar, and enjoy a lively evening out with us!

On the menu:

Tomato & Goat Cheese Tartlette 

Arugula Salad, Banyuls Vinaigrette

Brioche Stuffed Roasted Halibut, Potato Puree, Herb de Provence French Beans

Fresh Lemon Mousse

Style of Class: Our Restaurant Style classes have you seated in the party size you book (2-8) so that you can enjoy companionship at your table while we serve up a beautiful meal. So sit back and relax with friends while we do all the work.  But don’t forget to bring your questions…we will leave time at the end to review the recipe take-home packs, and share any tips and tricks you’d like to learn!

CLASS NOTES: Our classes are for adults only. Tickets are non-refundable, but you may cancel for a credit with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the class. Or feel free to send friends in your place. Please email selena@thecookingroom.com if you are joining another party so we can plan to seat you together.
