A few NOTES about our classes: Events are for adults only unless otherwise stated. Tickets are non-refundable, but you may cancel for a credit with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the class, or feel free to send friends in your place. Please email hello@thecookingroom.com if you are joining another party that registered separately so we can plan to seat you together. If you received a Gift Certificate, LUCKY YOU! Feel free to register online using your digital Gift Certificate code. Easy as that :)

This Valentine’s weekend, join us for an intimate dinner with surf & turf dishes that are sure to warm your heart. Cook, sip, and savor every bite with your sweetheart, all while picking up a few chef’s tips to make your kitchen a little more magical.
On the menu:
Seafood Platter: Rock Crab, Shrimp, Oysters, Scallops
Arugula & Spinach Salad, Pomegranate Seeds, Almonds, Citrus Vinaigrette
Beef Bourguignon, Smashed Potatoes, Buttered Carrots
Dark Chocolate Cake, Chocolate Ganache
Style of Class: Our Restaurant Style classes have you seated in the party size you book (2-8) so that you can enjoy companionship at your table while we serve up a beautiful meal. So sit back and relax with friends while we do all the work. But don’t forget to bring your questions…we will leave time at the end to review the recipe take-home packs, and share any tips and tricks you’d like to learn!
