Tickets are non-refundable, but you may cancel for a credit with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the class, or feel free to send friends in your place. Please email hello@thecookingroom.com if you are joining another party that registered separately so we can plan to seat you together. If you received a Gift Certificate, LUCKY YOU! Feel free to register online using your digital Gift Certificate code. Easy as that :)

Feeling a little adventurous? So are we! These two chefs with a love for southern style are throwing a Crab Boil in our kitchen. This feast, full of flavour and bursting with seafood, is certain to warm you up on a chilly evening. We will set up your station with all the ingredients to make-your-own simmered pot, along with spices and seafood of your choice (set for groups of 2 or more). Come and dig into this authentic Louisiana feast with us.
On the menu:
Etoufee
Seafood hot pot with mussels, clams, crab, squid and swordfish, andouille sausage, potatoes and corn
Greens with smoked tomato vinaigrette
Southern Beignets with bourbon caramel
