Tickets are non-refundable, but you may cancel for a credit with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the class, or feel free to send friends in your place. Please email hello@thecookingroom.com if you are joining another party that registered separately so we can plan to seat you together. If you received a Gift Certificate, LUCKY YOU! Feel free to register online using your digital Gift Certificate code. Easy as that :)

Dreaming of Spain? With the twinkle of lights, the buzz of conversation over dinner enjoyed alfresco, and the aroma of slow-simmered sauces drifting through the air, it’s hard not to fall in love with Spanish cuisine. We’ll be serving up classic Spanish favourites — think golden pans of paella, vibrant tapas, and bold, comforting flavours that celebrate sharing and seasonality. Come hungry (and maybe in your stretchiest pants), because this is a feast you won’t want to hold back from.

PIntxos: Chorizo, Manchego, Potates Aioli, Pan con Tomate
Ensalada Manchego
Spanish Paella
Chocolate Creme Catalana, Sherry Sauce
