Hands On with Nan Dell

It’s September and time to get moving.  Between work, school, the gym, activities and outings, it feels like our cars should have kitchens! Let Nan inspire a few new ideas about what transports and what doesn’t and give us the how-to steps to get prepared.  On the menu:  Power Bowls with Shredded Chicken, Blistered Corn, Pickled Radishes, Soba, Edamame, Ginger Soy Dressing; Layered Pasta Jars with Tomato, Fresh Basil, Parm and Goat cheese (ready for warming); Salmon Quinoa Wraps with Quick Relish, Shredded Carrot, Radish and Sweet Mayo; Sitr Fried Beef with Broccoli & Peppers over Cauliflower Rice.  You’ll be Good-to-Go!
