A few NOTES about our classes: Events are for adults only unless otherwise stated. Tickets are non-refundable, but you may cancel for a credit with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the class, or feel free to send friends in your place. Please email hello@thecookingroom.com if you are joining another party that registered separately so we can plan to seat you together. If you received a Gift Certificate, LUCKY YOU! Feel free to register online using your digital Gift Certificate code. Easy as that :)

Kick back and join us for an evening exploring Mediterranean Mezze…the small plates iwth big flavour that are universally loved. Mezze emphasizes community, relaxed dining, and bold, balanced flavors, perfect for casual meals, social gatherings, or tasting a variety of dishes in one meal. Enjoy a relaxed evening while we will cook for you, sharing our easy tips to inspire you to whip up a mezze spread, sure to impress.
On the menu:
Tirokafteri (Phyllo whipped feta & spicy pepperonccini triangles)
Cucumber Tomato Salad, Fried Chickpeas
Braised Lamb Shoulder, Herbed Rice, Grilled pita

Style of Class: Our Restaurant Style classes have you seated in the party size you book (2-8) so that you can enjoy companionship at your table while we serve up a beautiful meal. So sit back and relax with friends while we do all the work. But don’t forget to bring your questions…we will leave time at the end to review the recipe take-home packs, and share any tips and tricks you’d like to learn!
