Restaurant Style Dinner:

Grab a seat at the table for a laid-back night of good food and great company. Our chef is bringing together a surf & turf menu that’s all about flavor and ease.  Think juicy Alberta Beef paired with fresh seafood, and some seasonal sides, and you’ve got the recipe for a great dinner party.  Learn a few tips and tricks to pull this off your own, complete with a full set of recipes, and you’ll be ready the next time you say “come on over!”.

Manhattan Clam Chowder with Cheesy Bread

Seafood Cobb Salad

Beef Tenderloin, Mac&Cheese Potatoes , Simple Greens

Salmon Croquette, Remoulade Sauce

Style of Class: Our Restaurant Style classes have you seated in the party size you book (2-8) so that you can enjoy companionship at your table while we serve up a beautiful meal. So sit back and relax with friends while we do all the work.  But don’t forget to bring your questions…we will leave time at the end to review the recipe take-home packs, and share any tips and tricks you’d like to learn!

Class Notes: Our classes are for adults only. Tickets are non-refundable, but you may cancel for a credit with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the class. Or feel free to send friends in your place. Please email selena@thecookingroom.com if you are joining another party so we can plan to seat you together.
