Join us in the kitchen for one sizzling BBQ workshop! Aaron and his sidekick Tony will be leading the class, guiding you through the essentials of great barbecue. From different cooking methods and must-have tools to selecting the best cuts of meat, proper prep techniques, and the art of seasonings and sauces—you’ll get the full rundown. After the lesson, kick back and enjoy a spread of classic southern BBQ, served fresh from our kitchen. This is your all-in-one masterclass on everything BBQ!

Style of Class: Our Demonstration Style classes have you seated with a great view of the chef to enjoy a full lesson. We will serve you at your table, so you can sit back and relax while we do all the work.  And don’t forget to bring your questions, as we hope you will interact with the chef and soak up any bits of knowledge you can.

CLASS NOTES: Our classes are for adults only. Tickets are non-refundable, but you may cancel for a credit with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the class. Or feel free to send friends in your place. Please email selena@thecookingroom.com if you are joining another party so we can plan to seat you together. Unfortunately, special dietary requirements cannot be accommodated.
