Celebrate Valentine’s Day this year in style with custom designed cupcakes by the younger set alongside their favourite adult. They will have a blast trying their hand at both piped buttercream and detailed fondant designs with all the tips to create store- worthy styles. This creative afternoon is geared for adults and kids aged 6-13 year olds who are keen to learn baking methods (this will be our science lesson for the day) and proper icing (bring on the creatives!). On the menu: Old fashioned smokey lentil with side bacon; Blackened Corn & Potato Chowder with buttermilk biscuits, Not-your-mama’s Chicken Noodle, and Coconut Sweet Potato.
Perfect Pad Thai - Couples Cook -Hands On with Nitayapon Taylor

You can do it! We will walk you through all the steps to create your own Pad Thai to share with your partner. This perfect date-night dish will have you hooked after you learn how to work with all the classic thai ingredients: rice noodles, tamarind pulp, fish sauce, palm sugar, red chilis, bean sprouts and more. We will load this dish up with chicken, tofu and prawns so it feeds like a meal. Our chef will guide you step by step, so cautious cooks will be in good hands and she will cook up the rest of the feast, since this is date- night after all and no one needs to work too hard. We welcome all vegetarians and those needing GF ingredients to this class...as this menu is naturally a great fit for you!
