Hands On with Nan Dell

Get ready for summer with this trendy new take on the one dish meal.  We will build our version of poke bowls with a number of adaptations with and without marinated fish.  We will add plenty of fresh toppings, a flavourful dressing with creative ingredients (think edamame, seaweed, avocado, sesame seeds, kale, quinoa, brown rice, ponzu, sriracha…).  This is a great way to get more greens, more grains and more adventure into your life with these fresh and simple dishes, perfect for summer. And it won’t put all your fitness efforts to waste!
