Hands On with Chef Kevin Turner

The art and science of sauce making leaves many of us stumbling in our tracks.  Let this experienced chef walk you through the creation of a few classics for some foundational skills and a few new sauces that will elevate your every day cooking to new heights.  We will cover Bechamel, Vinaigrette, Spanish Romesco (hazelnuts, red pepper, garlic and olive oil) and Malaysian Peanut Sauce.  You will walk away confident to make that perfect cheese sauce, any variety of salad dressings, pasta sauces and asian street food sauces.

  • CANCELLATION: With 48 hours notice, you may cancel your reservation and hold a credit for future use. Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will not be credited. Refunds are not provided.
