Bring on the world of plants!  Most of us don’t venture too far from broccoli and carrots and now’s the time to push some boundaries.  Whether you are an experienced vegetarian or just love exploring the culinary world, this vegan class will have you cooking with new ingredients, new techniques and challenging some old paradigms.  We will learn a few dishes such as traditional Mexican tacos double stacked with fresh corn tortillas, crispy fried oyster mushrooms with spicy “cream” sauce.  And Malaysian Laksa vegetable curry with lemongrass, turmeric, cashews and coconut milk over vermicelli.  Move over meat…we are doubling down on vegetables!

  • SEATING: If you are joining a group, please email to notify us of your party size and guest names so you can be seated together.

  • CANCELLATION: With 48 hours notice, you may cancel your reservation and hold a credit for future use. Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will not be credited. Refunds are not provided.
