We will delve into the makings of Chana Masala step-by-step in this Hands On class so you have an in depth understanding of how to use the spices and techniques essential to this cuisine. With a little help from our chefs, we will enjoy a feast of Samosas and chutney, Chana Masala, Tandoori Chicken, Basmati Rice and Chai Tea.
