From Paris to Provence, bistros are at the heart of French cooking. Join us for a culinary tour of fabulous bistro fare as you learn to prepare a complete menu of simple-yet-sophisticated classics. We'll make it easy as you learn traditional French cooking techniques and tips for presenting this menu with savoir-faire.  On the menu:  Asparagus Salad Lyonnaise with Arugula, Bacon and Egg, Mussels with Leeks, Crostini and White Wine Cream Sauce, Pork Tenderloin with Crispy Pomme Frites and Tarte au Chocolat.
